I did not have an appointment and was able to be slotted in to wax my legs. Akim did a great job and took her time to make sure l was comfortable. The best waxing job l have had so far. They had a private room for waxing, not like other places where you sit in a tiny corner moving around to get to the back of the legs. Thanks Akim.
I needed shellac manicure and pedicure. Since I was in the area and read several positive reviews, I decided to try Kayla's Nails Spa. When I entered the establishment, I was immediately greeted by the only man in the facility, who asked "can I help you?" I replied that I had an appointment for a shellac manicure pedicure. He responded, "Pick a color on the wall there." I was surprised that he did not provide a color wheel or appeared interested in assisting me. When my chair was available, the two staff members were kind and accommodating, provided a color wheel and offered a beverage. The service provided by each nail technician was exceptional. However, the man I briefly met in the beginning of my visit, who I came realize was the owner/manager, was very rude and unwelcoming. I observed his behavior and interactions with each client.
Please treat all your clients, whether they are new or frequent customers, with respect and kindness.
I was in a hurry. I had 1 hour to complete gel nails, pedicure, and facial waxing. Paul said his professionals could make that happen. The technicians were courteous, prompt, and did a fabulous job. This is the first salon that could make such a bold promise and they followed through. I was actually out of there in 45 minutes! Their prices are competitive, the owner Paul is super nice, and he runs an outstanding business. We just moved to Willow Glen and I've found the salon I'll be visiting from now on. They go above and beyond!
