They do a good job but lately they been lacking customer care. The nails aren't evenly filed or they're crooked. I'm just disappointed, it's one of the worst sets I got, I'm going to another nails salon to get them fixed. I had to tell multiple times the employees they looked crooked and not even at all on the top but they said it looked "fine". They didn't clean them with a hot towel or anything either, they just left them dry and ugly. I'm embarrassed to show to them show to anyone, I won't be going back.
Been coming to Kayla's for about 2 years, and they are hands down the best place in San Jose for a mani & pedi! Prices are above average, but you get what you pay for.

First and far most you are known and greated by your name. You are offered tea or water. You ask for something in particular they do there best to meet that. Very sensitive to your needs.

I went in last Sunday to get my nails done, and they were chipped by that Tuesday. I got OPI gel polish over my gel nails. By that Friday, the gel polish peeled off in sheets. I reached out to the owner via Facebook and received no response.
I PAINTED over my gel nails with regular nail polish and it has already lasted longer than the OPI gel. I would not recommend going here and believe I am entitled to a refund.
